Tammy Mazzocco started her real estate career as a secretary in a commercial real estate office and today she is one of Central Ohio’s more successful real estate agents. She sells residential real estate in four counties, Franklin, Licking, Delaware, and Fairfield.
She worked her way through the ranks with several different companies in supportive roles and in 1995 her boss encouraged her to get her real estate license to help him with some of his real estate projects, so she did get her license that year.
According to her tumblr page, in 1999 she went into real estate sales on a full-time basis, as she had seen what the income potential could be. Since that moment, she has not had one regret. Tammy Mazzocco has become a well-seasoned and successful broker, and she is looking forward to many more years in the business.
Mazzocco uses planned times during the day to perform special tasks, and when done all together it works very well to get things done and sell more houses. In the morning she starts with some meditation and stretching exercises. Next, she gets the paperwork out of the way. Once that is out of the way she hits her Facebook or the phone to follow up on any leads she has received and to set appointments to show houses, which can take up the afternoon, and sometimes on into the evening.
Mazzocco is a goal setter, and she likes to set her objectives and then break them down into smaller steps. It is easier to accomplish things a step at a time than to try and bite off the entire goal at one time. She is also very focused on her clients’ needs and concerns, and that is the one thing that she says motivates most of her clients to buy. When they understand that you are moving everything in their direction, the appreciate it and buy.
